• Telephone Advice Helplines - gives you the reassurance of access to a telephone helpline service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As a member, you'll receive fast and reliable help across a range of matters including stress, debt, and bereavement counselling, legal advice and acess to a medical helpline for general medical advice.
• Convalescent Home Respite - our discretionary Convalescence Grant assists our members recuperating after long or short illnesses by giving them a stay in a convalescent home free of charge. Our members can stay for free at one of the homes for up to two weeks every two years. A non-member, such as spouse, can go along at an additional charge, and members may also make private arrangements to stay in homes.
• Online shopping service - members receive details of the online shopping services, mywebclub, with access to discounts on major brands.
