What is the FREE Rapid Delivery Service?

  • A Free of Charge delivery service we offer on the products we have in stock at our warehouse.
  • Products delivered to your door as quickly as next day*
  • You can select your own delivery date while completing your order.
  • Rapid Delivery products are highlighted with a distinctive logo.  
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (Mainland UK only – Northern Ireland & channel Islands will be agreed with the customer)
  • SMS Notification
  • 3 hour time slot advised the day before delivery
  • If you have ordered a Major Kitchen Appliance or TV 32” screen size or over, for your convenience an SMS text message will be sent to you at approximately 6pm the evening prior to your selected delivery date. The message will advise you of the scheduled 3 hour time slot for your delivery.
  • In addition to the SMS text message an email will be dispatched to you detailing your time slot information.
  • Guaranteed Delivery
  • Orders delivered within their allocated time slot
  • If you have ordered a Major Kitchen Appliance or TV 32” screen size or over, available on our Rapid Delivery Service your goods will be dispatched via our own delivery company Phoenix Delivery Systems.
  • Please note the delivery time slot is a guideline only. In today's traffic problems of which we all experience, we cannot guarantee your delivery will be within the slot. However we will try our best to achieve it.
  • Appliance Removal
  • Eco-friendly disposal of packaging and old appliances
  • As part of our delivery service we also provide an eco friendly removal of an old appliance free of charge. When delivering your new appliance the drivers can take away the old appliance which will then be disposed of by us in an environmentally friendly manner - following the directive from the WEEE regulations. We also remove all the product packaging; again this is taken back to our warehouse and recycled.

Pricing Promise Terms & Conditions

We will price match against Comet, Argos, Dixon’s & John Lewis on an exact comparison based on the following criteria;

  • The product must be in stock at the Co-op & the advertising retailer
  • The pricing comparison must be based on an exact comparison & must include delivery charges
  • Excludes Manager’s specials & display or clearance lines
